St. Michael Living Rosary

 

St Michael Rosary Society and Faith Formation Program will be holding a Living Rosary on Sunday, October 20, before the 11:00 AM Mass at St Michael Church in Fryburg. If you would like to participate by leading one prayer (Hail Mary, Our Father, Glory Be, etc), please sign up using the sign up sheets located at the backs of all three churches - St Michael's, St Joseph's and St Mary's. We will need participants to arrive by 10:00 AM and we will begin praying the rosary at 10:15. Families are encouraged to sign up together. You can also contact Karen Wolbert at 814-227-9555 to sign up or ask any questions. Please join us for this special way to pray the Rosary and celebrate October - The Month of the Holy Rosary.

St. Mary/St. Ann Christmas Holiday Craft Show

 

St. Mary Social Hall; Crown, PA

Friday, December 6, 2024, and Saturday, December 7, 2024

9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.


 

CRAFTER/VENDOR RULES AND REGULATIONS:

  • If you are a first-time participant for our craft shows, please enclose photos of your items.

 

  • All applications are due by October 31, 2024.  Notification of acceptance will be via email, text, or phone call.  Please make sure these are accurate on the application.  Please send in payment with application.  Fees are non-refundable, and your spot is not secured until application and payment are received.  Please make checks payable to:  St. Mary Church.

 

  • Only one (1) vendor per company will be accepted (Thirty-one, Tupperware, etc.).  Our church parishioners have the first opportunity to participate in this show.

 

  • If you have special needs, please let us know, and we will do what we can to accommodate you.

 

  • To maintain the integrity of our show, we ask that all items for sale are handcrafted, homemade, or products from a vendor company.  Prohibited items:  illegal/dangerous weapons (knives, guns, etc.), alcoholic beverages, used/flea market items, material offensive to the public/Christian morality, and/or items that shoot a flying projectile.

 

  • An 8 foot table/space for two days is $40.00 each - limit 2 per crafter/vendor.  All items and displays must be contained within your assigned area and not infringe on another's area.  Aisles must remain clear and are not to be used for display areas.  

 

  • Thumbtacks, pushpins, nails, and other sharp objects may NOT be used to secure table coverings or other items to the table. 

 

  • Electricity will be available if requested, but not guaranteed, on a limited basis.   Please make sure you mark this on the application.  Crafters/Vendors are responsible for extension cords.  

 

  • Booth spaces/tables will be assigned.  Crafters/Vendors shall not trade, share, or move into any other space which has not been assigned to them without permission of the committee.  The committee cannot guarantee any specific location or special requests as to where crafters/vendors will be located.

 

  • Set up is available Thursday, December 5, 2024, from 4:30 - 7:00 p.m., or Friday, December 6, 2024, at 7:30 a.m.

 

  • Displays must be complete, attended, and open during all show hours.  Booths must be neat and attractive.  All boxes and materials must be kept from sight.  You are responsible for your own table covering and skirting.  

 

  • You are responsible for the clean-up of your area after the event by removing all trash and unsold items.  All materials must be removed on Saturday, December 6, 2024, at the conclusion of the show.
